Attorney Tanja Luemmen-Seidel started her legal career working as a paralegal and office manager for an estate planning law firm. She received her early education in Germany and obtained her Juris Doctor from Concord Law School while working as a Paralegal and taking care of her family.

Mrs. Luemmen-Seidel has over 8 years of legal experience in estate planning and over 25 years of customer service experience by working in the automotive, medical, and legal industry.

As an attorney, she is fully dedicated to provide her clients with affordable legal services that meet her clients’ needs.

Her practice focuses on Trusts and Wills, Probate and Trust Administration, Conservatorships, Pet Trusts and Change of Name Petitions. Her experience as a Probate lawyer has resulted in a strong success record. She serves Santa Clara, Alameda, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties.
